International Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods on our site:

- Bank Transfer: For orders with an order value of 200 USD or more, a bank transfer payment option will be visible during checkout. For this payment option, you will receive bank transfer instructions by email.

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain eurocarparts.com to your safe senders list.
Potential Customs Fees
Local authorities in some countries may require you to pay relevant import taxes. You as the importer of goods are responsible to pay such fees when they arise. If you decide not to pay customs taxes and reject the parcel, it may be returned to us. In the event of return, we'll then provide you a partial refund based on the following formula: order value - shipping fee - return shipping fee. In case the parcel isn't returned to us (e.g. lost during the return process), we're not liable for such loss. In such case, we'll not provide a refund.
Packing Options
Tea pouches: All our teas are packed in sealed, standup tea pouches that are designed to protect your tea leaves from light and moisture. A zip lock keeps your tea fresh even after opening. The tea pouches are environmental friendly and fully recyclable; their lightweight design keeps shipping costs low and helps reduce the carbon footprint.

Wholesale tea orders (500 grams or more) are packed in larger sealed wholesale aluminum bags, possibly without zip locks.
Products Availability
All products online are in stock unless there's an out of stock notice on the product page. If you can't find a past product in our online store, most likely it's because the product has run out of stock and is not coming back anytime soon. For products that we expect to receive a new batch within weeks time, we usually keep the product visible in our store. However, if it's permanently not coming back or not expected within a reasonable amount of time, they won't be visible. Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an damaged or unsuitable item for a refund, we will refund both the cost of the item and the original delivery cost.
